We are always looking for ways to make our life a little easier here at Terrigal Men’s Shed. So when someone wanted to know if there was an easier way of sand the tight fiddly contours of the hand crosses we produce Bob Hornby came up with a solution.
What you need is a mini belt sander, “I will design one” he said.
This task to many of us would seem a very daunting prospect but not to Bob. He put his expert engineering skills and years of experience to practice and built a mini belt sander. Great work Bob, thank you.
Now John Zammet has got no excuse that he can’t get those tight corners smooth and round.
